Working in the programme for clients who need the designed plus service, including design ,set up and proceeding the project, I had been in changed of a project, which helped an US auto components company to set up a CFS/CY warehouse in Shanghai and have consolidation cargo exportation. Acknowledged the requirements from client and the internal source situation, we chose the one located in LinGang as the CFS/CY warehouse after several on-site investigations with customer. This decision was also on the base of the balance of the performance and cost of the WHS. My team draw up the exporting plan according to the location of supplier’s plants and the volume of orders, and communicate with the colleague at destination to arrange the clearance and delivery. I managed to do the analysis of the data during few weeks’ operation to find out the place we could make improvement. Finalize the SOP and hand over to the ocean-freight dept was the last work.

Once I did this for a famous shoes company, to integrate and make the source more efficient. Arranged the trucking service according to the plant location and the export port nearby. Controlling the punctual of vessels, choosing the better carrier and get cost saving during the transportation operation is the purpose to meet the client.
