In Exxonmobil STC project, assist with project manager to visit foreign clients, negotiate the business as an interpreter and administration support. 2. Help Sourcing Engineer & Quality Engineer with sourcing process management, in the identification of the potential suppliers, supplier selection, supplier evaluation, product standardization, supplier performance appraisal, etc. 8. Assist with drafting purchase contract and modify terms and conditions, agreement on prices for approval, including delivery deadline, quality demands, engineering specifications, etc. 9 Help recommend suitable supplier to ensure project quality and reasonable cost. 10. Make supplier VAT invoices and all kinds of invoices treatment, payment follow-up. 11. Then, be an administration officer, take and handle with daily office administration and report to General manager. 12. Organized one office-decoration activity as the project manager make it of success, reduce the cost &schedule into a minimum.(the quotation is approx. 400,000RMB. 13. Familiar with the bidding process and paper work of big-scale procurement works. 14. Recently, besides the daily administration, I got another task which is the commercial officer who helps to negotiate and win the bidding of projects.
