职位描述
岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1. 协助部门经理建立和维护QMS，程序和控制。确保产品的性能和质量符合公司已建立的或调整的标准说明；
Assist the department manager to establishes and maintains QMS, procedures, and controls. Ensures that performance and quality of products conform to established company’s and regulatory standards/ specifications;
2. 负责质量文件和本部门文件的日常生效、发布、保管和废旧文件的回收等；
Be responsibility for daily document (both the quality and the QA department).management including the document taking effect, document distribution, maintaining document and reclaiming obsolete or old document.
3. 负责各类质量记录的整理、总结分析，如不合格品，投诉调查、返工记录、纠正预防措施，生产异常等；
Be responsibility for collecting and analysis the quality data from Nonconforming material record,customer complaint investigation report, rework record,CAPA,the deviation record in process;
4. 协助QA经理进行公司质量体系内部审核工作，管理纠正预防系统和管理评审会议；
Assist QA Manager with the internal quality system audit program for the company and manage the CAPA system as well as the management review meeting.
5. 文件等资料的翻译；
Translate documents and other materials;
6. 在工作中使用中英文两种语言；
Use English and Chinese as working language;
7. 其他指定的有关工作。
Other tasks as assigned.
岗位要求:
Qualifications:
1. 2009年应届本科及本科以上毕业生；
Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above;
2. 质量工程、产品质量管理等相关专业，专业基础知识扎实；
Major in Quality engineering, product quality management or similar; Solid professional knowledge.
3. 良好的计划、组织、分析能力，较强的沟通能力，工作积极主动、认真细心、原则性强、责任感强，具有团队合作精神，；
Strong capability in planning, organizing and analyzing; Good communication skills; Proactive, careful, principled and responsible; team spirit
4. 熟练应用各类办公软件；
Be proficient in all kinds of office software;
5. 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力，卓越的口语及书写表达能力。
Excellent English skills in listening, spoken, reading and written, especially in spoken and written.

Toku-E was established in 1981 in Tokyo, Japan, concentrating on fermentation products. When in the 90’s the headquarters moved to the state of Washington Toku-E expanded its product range to Animal Health Devices and Dispensing Needles and also focused on biotechnology research compounds..
