3．有一定的表达能力和沟通能力，能有效的开发材料供应商和新材料；
4．熟悉CAD等的绘图及办公软件。
5．能经常适应出差。
6. 具有建筑学、室内设计相关专业大学专科以上学历，人品正直、有责任心。
