职位描述
The requirement of Accountant
1.Graduate from college of account major at least.
会计学专业大学以上学历。
2. At least three years work experience in foreign invested company.
至少3年以上外资公司财务工作经验。
3. Be good at English in accounting area.
熟悉财务专业英语。
4. Be familiar with software of Kingdee and one of foreign accounting software. (SAP is preferred)
熟练掌握金碟财务软件及外国财务软件（懂SAP佳）.
5. Have the experience of GL, AR and AP, and communication with Safe and Tax Bureau (including tax refund)
有总账、应收、应付账务处理经验。与外汇管理局及税务所沟通联系（包括出口退税）。
6.Know taxes of VAT and BT(include tax refund)
了解增值税、营业税等相关税种法律法规。
7.International trade knowledge of import & export.
进出口国际贸易操作经验。
8. Have strong responsibility, good team spirit, work under pressure.
工作负责，良好的团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
9. Basic oral English skill
英语口语能力。
10. Financial work experience handing with oversea representatives.
有处理海外办事处财务工作经验。
Job Description,
1.Tax Refund.
出口退税
2.Be responsible for all the oversea representatives, reporting to Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.
负责海外办事处的财务事宜及向上海商务委员会报告。
3.Translation vouchers in Kingdee system.
金碟系统凭证翻译。
4.Be responsible for foreign currency payment for import and verification of receipt of export, as well as relative those operations.
负责进口付汇及出口收汇核销，以及进出口操作相关业务.
5.Check the AP/AR vouchers in Kindgee system.
审核金碟系统中应收应付凭证。
6.Other work required by Financial Manager.
其他财务经理交待的事宜。
