1969年生。1990年获南京理工大学工学学士， 1993年获吉林大学理学硕士，1996年获北京师范大学博士学位。1996-2003年，在美国密西根大学化学系、美国西北大学化学系、美国Osram Sylvania Inc.（属西门子公司）、美国宾夕法尼亚大学材料系从事科学研究或技术开发。2003年，中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所，“百人计划”引进，研究员，博士导师。
研究领域和兴趣：
1. 新能源材料和无机功能化合物设计合成；
2. 高性能太阳能电池等能源材料和薄膜制备；
3. 新概念纳米结构能源材料和器件设计制备组装；
4. 面向应用的薄膜太阳能电池等能源器件的关键技术。
