主持研究课题:
未氧化低密度脂蛋白在血管内皮细胞内的信号传导- Ras, MAPKs 及转录因子 AP-1的作用。该课题获美国心脏学会西部分会青年科学家启动基金资助（＄100，000）。
胆固醇，细胞膜蛋白caveolin 及GTP调控蛋白 Ras的相互作用对内皮激活的作用。
GTP调控蛋白 RhoA 的激活，张力纤维的形成及caveolin 细胞内移动在低密度脂蛋白诱导的内皮一氧化氮合成酶（eNOS） 功能障碍中的作用.
教学: 2000年及2001年教授现代分子病课程 (CH202)，脂代谢紊乱与心血管疾病 （6学时）。
该课程为加州大学 生物医学系为研究生所开设。

代谢性核受体与转录因子的相互作用及与动脉粥样硬化的关系
