Educational background
Shu He holds a BA of Literature in English Language and Literature from Peking University(PKU), China. Ms He also holds a double major degree of Law from School of International Studies on cross culture,PKU. She was awarded a PhD from School of International Studies (PKU) on her doctoral research on lobbying for higher education.
Ms. He teaches two courses in English:“The Art of Public Speaking” and “English News Reading and Writing”
Ms. He did research on women’s roles in media at the graduate school of CUNY (City University of New York) in 1996-1997, was a visiting scholar of film studies at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas in March 2001, and also did research on lobbying for higher education at University of California-Irvine in 2006-2007.Ms.He was a visiting professor at Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden in Feb.of 2011. Ms. He has done comparative research on Western media and Chinese media in terms of movies, TV programs as well as magazines and newspapers in China and the United States. Ms. He has been an active role as judge and commentator for public speaking, debating, speech competitions at home and abroad.
