　　SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd., entrusted by Beijing Lvhaineng Enviromental Co.,Ltd, hereby carries out public bid for the supply of the following goods and related services, and now invites eligible bidders to attend the bidding.

　　1. Name, quantity and technical parameters of the bidding products:

　　the Design, Equipment Supply, and Technical Services for the Refuse Incineration Production Line（3×600t/d）

　　（to be detailed in Chapter 8 Technical Specifications of Bidding Document）

　　2. Qualification and Achievement requirements for (the bidder / manufacturer):

　　2.1. The bidder has sales record of at least 2 units of waste incineration boiler no lower than 500t/d (type is mechanical recycle boiler) for living waste incineration power plant within territory of China (excluding Taiwan, HK and Macau, same in the following articles);

　　2.2.The bidder should have sales record of at least one unit identical to the intended applied boiler discharge technology , no lower than 500d/t incineration boiler for living waste incineration power plant;

　　The above requirements should be met with supporting evidence (if the copy of the goods supply contract is able to prove the above-mentioned required materials, in which must indicate location of project, project Owner, size of equipment, etc), otherwise the bid will be rejected.

　　3. Price of Bidding Document: RMB30,000.00 or US$5,000.00 for each complete set of bidding documents. For electronic version (PDF format), an additional RMB200.00 or US$30.00 is required; for mail order, an additional RMB 50 for each set is requested..

　　4. Time for obtaining Bidding Documents: From 03, May., 2012 to 10:00 a.m 13 th, Jun., 2012, all those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to obtain bidding documents between 9:00 a.m. and 16:00 p.m. (Beijing time).
