4. Particular Technical Requirement  特别技术要求
Note: The American codes and standards referenced in this BIS are only for descriptive purpose, equivalent codes and standards other than American codes and standards can be adopted under the provisions of this BIS.
备注：本《招标文件》所引用的美国规范和标准只用于说明，可以按照本《招标文件》的要求采用美国规范和标准以外的同等规范和标准。

4.1 Performance Guarantee 性能保证

4.1.1 Supplier shall guarantee the following 供方应做出如下保证：

4.1.1.1 Rated Output 额定输出功率工况
Rated output is the guaranteed capability of the turbine-generator to produce net output of      MWe (Electrical power measured at the generator terminals minus electrical power supplied to the static excitation system (if any)) operating at rated condition as defined in Section 3.3.1 of this BIS.
额定输出功率是汽轮发电机的保证性能，在《招标文件》第3.3.1节所定义的设计条件下运行时，汽轮发电机所产生的净输出功率应为__________MWe（用发电机端子处所测得的电功率减去提供给静态励磁系统（如果采用）的电功率）。

4.1.1.2 Turbine Maximum Admission Flow (VWO condition) 汽轮机最大允许进气流量（VWO工况）工况
Supplier shall submit the turbine-generator maximum calculated net output (Electrical power measured at the generator terminals minus electrical power supplied to the static excitation system (if any)) at VWO condition as defined in Section 3.3.3 of this BIS.
供方应提供汽轮发电机在本《招标文件》第3.3.3节所定义的VWO工况下的最大计算净输出功率（用发电机端子处所测得的电功率减去提供给静态励磁系统（如果采用）的电功率）。

4.1.1.3 SCR OutputSCR 汽轮机夏季连续（SCR）运行工况
SCR output is the guaranteed capability of the turbine-generator to produce net output of      MWe (Electrical power measured at the generator terminals minus electrical power supplied to the static excitation system (if any)) operating at SCR condition as defined in Section 3.3.4 of this BIS.
汽轮机夏季连续（SCR）运行工况输出功率是汽轮发电机的担保性能，在《招标文件》第3.3.4节所定义的汽轮机夏季连续（SCR）运行工况条件下，汽轮发电机所产生的净输出功率应为__________MWe（用发电机端子处所测得的电功率减去提供给静态励磁系统（如果采用）的电功率）。

4.1.2 Supplier shall guarantee the steam pressure upstream of the first turbine stage at rated condition shall be     MPa(a).
供方应保证在设计条件下汽轮机首级的进口蒸汽压力力应为______Mpa。
