4.4 Thermal Performance Design Criteria 热力性能设计标准 The thermal cycle performance shall be provided in the Bid with the form of heat balance diagrams. Heat balances shall show all temperatures, pressures, flow rates, enthalpies, wetness for all steam, feedwater, condensate and drains, main and auxiliary drive turbines steam (if any), live steam and bled steam to MSR (moisture separator reheater), and condenser pressures. In addition to diagrams, tabulation of computed results shall be furnished. 在投标书中,对热力循环性能应采用热平衡图的形式提供。热平衡图应显示所有蒸汽、给水、凝结水和疏水、主蒸汽、驱动汽轮机的辅助蒸汽(若有)、去MSR的新蒸汽和抽汽、凝汽器背压等的温度、压力、流量、焓及湿度。除了热平衡图外,还应提供计算结果表压力凝汽器压力。
Thermal performance shall be calculated taking the following into consideration: 热力性能应当根据以下内容进行计算: 1. Feedwater make-up and steam generator blowdown to the system shall be assumed as zero. 系统的补充水和蒸汽发生器的排污应假设为零。 2. The actual feedwater power required (including any feedwater pump auxiliaries) to pump the feedwater into the steam generator shall be included. For tender purposes at other loads, feedwater pump power shall be proportioned. 使给水进入蒸汽发生器所需的给水泵实际功率(包括所有给水泵辅助设施)应被包括。投标书中的其它负荷,给水泵功率按相应比例换算。 3. Heat balance shall include the enthalpy rise in liquid between the condenser hotwell and the steam generator as a result of liquid compression and internal pump losses. 热平衡应包括凝汽器热阱与蒸汽发生器之间的所有液体因压缩和内部泵耗所造成的凝汽器的焓升。 4. Heat balance shall include all losses and used energy associated with the turbine and generator, i.e., steam seal, steam leakoff, electrical losses, friction, windage, shaft-driven auxiliaries such as oil pumps, generator fan, exciter or excitation system, and shall show expansion line end points. 热平衡应包括与汽轮机和发电机相关的所有损耗和耗费的能量,即汽封,蒸汽泄漏,电损耗,摩擦,风阻损失,诸如油泵、发电机风扇、励磁机或励磁系统等轴驱动辅助设备,并应表示出膨胀线终点。 5. After final performance testing, Supplier shall revise all heat balances to reflect actual values. 在最终的性能测试完成后,供方应对所有热平衡图进行修订,从而反映实际数值。 8. Feedwater heater performance shall be in accordance with Supplier’s design. 给水加热器的性能应符合供方的设计。 9. Feedwater heaters shall be assumed to have a constant terminal difference irrespective of load for tender purposes only. 给水加热器应假设具有恒定端差,而不必考虑仅用于标书的负荷。 10. Steam pressure drop from turbine extraction to feedwater heaters shall be in accordance with Supplier’s optimization and design. 从汽轮机抽汽口到给水加热器的蒸汽压降应符合供方的最优化选择和设计。 11. Main and reheat steam temperature and main steam pressure are assumed constant down to and including 30% load. 主蒸汽和再热蒸汽的温度以及主蒸汽的压力力在负荷为30%(含30%负荷)以上时应假设为恒定值。
