4.6 Materials and Welding 材料与焊接 4.6.1 Materials 材料 4.6.1.1 The materials selection and application utilized in the construction of the steam turbine-generator unit, MSR, condenser, necked LP heaters, main steam system (CI part), turbine bypass system (CI part) and accessories shall be of first class quality and shall be suitable for the severity of the service intended, and shall comply with all applicable codes, standards and regulations. All materials shall be selected for a 60 years life. 在蒸汽汽轮发电机设备、汽水分离再热器(MSR)、凝汽器、喉部低压加热器、主蒸汽系统(常规岛部分)、汽轮机旁路系统(常规岛部分)以及辅助设备的建造中的原料选择和应用,应具备一流的质量,并应适合计划设施的严格程度,而且还要符合所有适用的规范、标准和规定。所有选用的原料应有60年的使用寿命。
4.6.1.2 Generator and all other unit accessory components requiring cooling shall be furnished with corrosion resisting materials at surfaces in contact with coolant fluid. Compatibility of materials with the fluids handled in the unit and accessories is the responsibility of Supplier. 对于发电机和所有其他需要进行冷却的设备辅助配件,都应在与冷却水的接触面采用耐腐蚀材料。材料与设备及辅助配件所过流的液体间的相容性应由供方负责。 4.6.1.3 Materials for condenser 凝汽器选用的材料 The titanium tube will be used for the main condensing section and top peripheral section of the condenser. 在主凝结段和凝汽器顶部外围段,采用钛管。 Tube sheet shall be carbon-titanium cladding plate (solid titanium tube sheet as an alternative), the titanium cladding thickness shall not be less than 5mm. 管板应采用钛复合钢板(也可采用全钛管板),钛复合层的厚度不应小于5mm。 Materials application shall be compatible with the fluids handled and the range of operating conditions specified. 材料应用应与过流的液体以及规定的工作条件范围相匹配。 Adequate support shall be provided to prevent tube failure due to vibrations. 应提供足够的支架来防止由于振动导致管件的破裂。 4.6.1.4 Materials for necked LP heaters 喉部低压加热器选用的材料 The tube material shall be stainless steel type 304 for necked LP Heaters. 喉部低压加热器的管材应采用304型不锈钢。 Extraction feedwater heater materials shall conform to the material requirements prescribed in ASME Section VIII. 抽汽给水加热器选用的材料应符合ASME规范第VIII卷中的材料要求。 Alloys susceptible to ammonia attack under high pH conditions shall be avoided. 应避免采用在高pH值条件下容易遭受氨水侵蚀的合金。 All anchor bolts and welding rods for fields welding shall be supplied by Supplier. 所有用于现场焊接的地脚螺栓和焊条都应由供方提供。 4.6.1.5 The use of copper alloys is prohibited for components that are in contact with feedwater, steam, or condensate. 与给水、蒸汽、凝结水凝结水接触的部件不得使用铜合金 4.6.1.6 Corrosion/erosion resistant materials shall be used for all components exposed to wet steam or flashing liquid flow where significant erosion could occur. The degree of corrosion/erosion resistance of the material shall be consistent with the temperature, moisture content, and velocity of the wet steam to which the component is exposed. Plain carbon steel with no deliberate alloying additions outside carbon and manganese shall not be used for this application. 所有暴露于可能发生严重侵蚀的潮湿蒸汽或闪蒸液体的部件都应采用耐腐蚀/侵蚀材料。材料的耐腐蚀/侵蚀程度应与部件所暴露的潮湿蒸汽的温度、水分含量、流速相符。上述应用不应采用除了碳和锰以外没有添加其他合金成分的普通碳钢。
