1. The control system shall be capable of controlling the speed of the machine after a load rejection from any load down to house load so as not to activate the overspeed trip. A load rejection test shall be performed under full load condition. Adequate redundancy and channel separation shall be provided on the turbine overspeed control. 在发生从任意负荷到零负荷的甩负荷后,控制系统应具有控制机器速度的能力,从而不会激发超速跳闸。甩负荷试验应在全负荷条件下进行。应规定汽轮机超速控制装置上的足够冗余和频道间隔。 2. 3. The electrical load changing and load following capabilities shall be no less than: 电负荷变化和负荷跟踪能力应不小于: (1) Rapid load pickup of 10% of guaranteed Output within the range of 15% to 90% rated power. 在额定功率的15% 至 90%范围内,快速负荷上升为保证输出功率的10%。 (2) Instantaneous load drop of 10% of guaranteed Output within a range of 100% to 25% rated power, without the use of steam dump or bypass systems. 不采用蒸汽排空或旁路系统时,在额定功率的100% 至 25%范围内,瞬时负荷下降为保证输出功率的10%。 (3) Instantaneous load reduction to 5% (assumed house load) of guaranteed Output within the operating range of 15% to 100% of the guaranteed load, without lifting of the main steam safety valves or atmospheric release of steam. 不开启主蒸汽安全阀门或不进行常压放汽时,在保证负荷的15% 至100%的运行范围内,瞬时负荷减少为保证输出功率的5%(假设的厂用电负荷)。 (4) Ramp load changes up to 5% per minute between 15% and 100% of rate power throughout the core life, without the use of steam dump or bypass systems. 不采用蒸汽排空或旁路系统时,在整个寿命期中从额定功率的15%至100%范围内,按斜面功率变动可达到每分钟5%。
