1. The control system shall accommodate runbacks to various target output.  Two (2) independent redundant automatic runback systems shall be supplied.  Runback rates shall be field adjustable over the entire range.  With the Bid, the Bidder shall provide the various runback target output and runback rates.

2. The Bidder shall provide in his Bid a description and block diagram of the entire control system.

3. Supplier shall provide a load limiter which shall be capable of sending load limit position signals to NI for indication and shall be capable of receiving the upper and lower limit setting signals from NI to limit the load control.

4. The automatic tracking control system shall maintain the load limit setting at a value higher than the normal demanded turbine load.  With the Bid, the Bidder shall provide this value according to its practice.

5. If there is a maximum pressure limitation on the high-pressure section of the turbine, a means shall be provided to avoid exceeding that limit.
