6.1. Supplier shall provide a first-out design feature to identify and present to the operator the initiating event which causes the turbine-generator trip.  The initiating signal from the automatic trip functions which causes the automatic turbine-generator trip, shall be processed to provide input to the operation and information management (level 2) for the Plant Man-Machine interface. The Bidder shall identify events to be monitored for "first-out" application.

6.3. The Bidder shall provide a list of the alarm and trip outputs with appropriate software processing to be provided.  The list should include but not be limited to the items below.  For following items, the Bidder shall indicate the variance between the alarm and trip signal values (alarm set point is higher or lower than trip set point).
