4.8.4.3 Construction Requirements 建造要求
1. The design of the gland steam sealing system shall be such that corrosion in the installation shall be prevented, especially when it is out of service.
轴封系统的设计应做到避免安装中的腐蚀，尤其是当其不工作时。
2. Supplier shall submit to Purchaser welding procedures for all type of weld specifications, including weld procedure qualification, sampling, welders qualifications, etc.
供方应向买方提供各类焊接规程的焊接工艺，包括焊接工艺评定、取样、焊工资格评定等。
3. The factory tests and inspections specified by Supplier shall be submitted to Purchaser for approval.

4.8.4.4 Operation Requirements 运行要求
1. The gland steam sealing system shall be able to operate indefinitely and automatically as required.
轴封系统应能够按要求无限期、自动运行。
2. A means for automatically and manually controlling gland steam pressure and temperature (if necessary) shall be provided.
应提供对轴封蒸汽的压力和温度进行自动和人工控制的手段（如果需要）。
3. Supplier shall submit a general note to Purchaser on the subject of inspections and maintenance to be carried out. A list of points to be checked, periodic operations to be carried out, possible preventative maintenance etc. shall be included.

4.8.4.5 Arrangement Design 布置设计
1. Equipment arrangement shall be designed in such a way that circulation of operating and maintenance personnel and access to equipment is easy, also the personnel shall be ensured to be safe.
布置设计应做到，方便操作和维护人员流动和接近设备，而且能够保证人员的安全。
2. Steam gland drains shall be sloped toward the gland steam condenser (located below the turbine elevation) to ensure proper drainage of the glands and piping.
轴封排水管应向轴封蒸汽冷凝器倾斜（位置低于汽轮机标高）以确保轴封和管道的良好排水。
4.8.4.6 Instrumentation and Controls(I&C) for Gland Steam Seal System

An instrumentation and control system shall be provided to meet the following requirements of the gland steam seal system:

Appropriate instrumentation, including steam seal header pressure, gland steam condenser vacuum, and connections for added instruments as required by Supplier shall be provided.
应提供适宜的仪表设备，包括汽封集流管压力装置、轴封蒸汽冷凝器真空装置、以及供方要求增加的仪器接口。
