4.9.2.2.3 Bearings 轴承
1. Bearing housing shall be designed to prevent oil and oil vapors leaking out and minimized air leaking in. 轴承外壳的设计应能防止油和油气泄漏并使漏进来的空气达到最少。
2. The bearing at each end of the generator and the exciter bearing, if any, shall be electrically insulated and the generator shaft shall be grounded at the turbine end by using copper braid or brush devices. If brush device is used, provisions shall be made to ensure effectiveness of the brushes without frequent cleaning of the brushes. Supplier shall provide a turbine-generator shaft voltage-monitoring device with pickups at the turbine end. The pickups shall be contacted with the shaft only during the periodic monitoring period. The monitoring device shall be mounted locally by Supplier. It shall include a transducer for readout in main control operation area. The bearing insulation shall be of the double insulated type. 应采用铜绕组和电刷装置,对发电机各个末端的轴承和励磁机轴承进行绝缘,并使发电机轴在汽轮机末端接地。如果采用电刷装置,应对不用频繁清洗电刷而确保电刷效力做出规定。供方应在汽轮机末端装配带有接触器的汽轮发电机轴电压监测装置。应仅在定期监测时让接触器与轴接触。监测装置应由供方在就地安装。它应包括一个用于主控制运行区内读出装置的变频器。轴承绝缘材料应为双层绝缘型。

3. Insulation shall be provided in the collector end bearing housing, shaft seals, oil and water piping, and other appropriate areas to ensure that no damage will result from shaft currents.
