4.10.5 MSR Drains and vent MSR 的疏水管和放气孔
1. The moisture separator and the reheater tube bundle shall have separate drain system.
湿气分离器和再热器管束应有独立的疏水系统。
2. The acceptable minimum subcooling of the reheater condensate shall be analyzed.应对可接受的再热器凝结水的最小过冷度进行分析。
3. Venting shall be provided to ensure the continuous removal of non-condensable gases from the reheater tube bundle and also ensure the steady removal of condensate from the reheater tubes with acceptable subcooling. Vent piping shall have no low points, and shall be sloped to ensure adequate drainage.

4.10.6 MSR relief system MSR 泄压系统
1. The rating pressure of pilot valves for the safety valves shall be checked in the factory.

2. Rupture pressure of disks shall be checked in the factory on disk samples from each production group. The number of samples shall be agreed upon between Supplier and Purchaser.

4.10.7 Others 其他
1. The control of reheating steam shall be such that, under all operating conditions, it will not result in inadmissible stresses in the tube bundle, and will not lead to harmful tube undercooling. The corresponding justifications shall be provided to Purchaser.
再热蒸汽的控制应做到，在所有运行条件下它不会使管束内出现不允许有的应力，而且不会导致有害的管道过冷现象。相应的控制措施应提交给买方。
2. Supplier shall provide the necessary connections in the MSR and associated piping to enable Purchaser to conduct a performance test on the moisture separator and reheater.
供方应提供MSR内必要的接口和相关管道，使买方能够对湿气分离器和再热器进行性能测试。
3. Constructional provision for system I&C shall be made. MSR shall be provided complete with all local instrumentation and controls.
应做出对系统仪表和控制（I&C）设备的构造规定。应为MSR完整配备所有的就地仪表和控制设备。
