4.11.2 Conceptual design criteria 方案设计标准 The condenser design shall be the result of an optimization calculation that shall be submitted to the Purchaser for prior approval. 凝汽器的设计应采用优化计算的结果,并应事先提交购买者审批。 1. The condenser shall be able to meet the unit maximum continuous output at design cooling water temperature and capability condition output at maximum cooling water temperature (site data, refer to Part5 Chapter 1). 凝汽器应能够达到设计冷却水温度条件下的机组最大连续输出功率以及最高冷却水温度条件下的能力工况输出功率的要求(现场数据,参见第5部分第1章)
2. The condenser shall be designed at the rated operating condition of the turbine-generator to get a pressure of kPa (a) with CW inlet temperature of 16 ℃. 凝汽器应在汽轮发电机额定工况条件下设计,即在循环水入口温度16℃时,凝汽器背压为 kPa(a)的压力。 Supplier shall provide the condenser and turbine performance curve: 供方应提供凝汽器和汽轮机性能曲线: Turbine back pressure vs. heat rate curve. 汽轮机背压与热耗关系曲线 Condensing steam flow, cooling water flow, cooling water temperature vs. back pressure curve. 凝结蒸汽流、冷却水流、冷却水温度与背压关系曲线 Back pressure vs. power increment curve. 背压与功率增量关系曲线 Resistance to cooling water flow in condenser curve. 凝汽器中冷却水流阻曲线
3. The condenser shall be designed to operate with a steam flow from 0-100 % of the nominal flow to be condensed, and without any load limitation for all circulating water temperatures and all sea levels Section 1.2, Part5 Chapter 1of "Site Parameters". The condenser shall be able to operate without damage during main transients or exceptional conditions such as: 凝汽器的设计应能够在0-100%流量的待凝结蒸汽流范围内运行,同时对于第5部分第1章“现场参数”第1.2部分中规定的所有循环水温度和所有海拔都没有任何负荷限制。凝汽器应能够在以下瞬态或异常条件下运行,并且不被损坏。 - rise of pressure up to the trip threshold of the turbine, - 压力升高到汽轮机的跳闸临界值 - bypass operating, - 旁路运行 - increase of pressure until the rupture discs on the turbine outlet are ruptured. - 压力增加至汽轮机出口上的排汽隔膜阀爆裂。 Furthermore no steam flow limitation shall be required during the following operating conditions: 此外,以下运行条件下不应要求蒸汽流限制: - with half of each condenser in operation . - 每个凝汽器的一半在运行 - maximum flow of drains and condensates to the drains receptacle. - 最大流量的疏水和凝结水向疏水扩容器的排放
4. The condenser shall be able to withstand, without damage, the accidental conditions of steam discharge at atmospheric pressure and at 100 ℃, with or without circulating water during shutdown, with hotwell empty or full, with water boxes empty or full. 凝汽器应能够承受大气压力和100℃条件下蒸汽排放的事故情况而不被损坏(不论停机过程中带有或不带有循环水,热阱空置还是注满,水箱空置还是注满)。
