18. With regard to the bled steam pipes incorporated in the condenser, forces on the turbine connections, and displacements due to expansion shall not exceed the maximum acceptable values for the turbine.

19. The cooling surface, design terminal temperature difference and temperature rise shall be provided in detail in the Bidder’s proposal.

23. Baffles or spray pipes shall be furnished where there is flash impingement (e. g., heater drains) in the condenser, and the baffles shall be at least 10 mm thick stainless steel.
