1. The anchorages of the condenser to the building structure shall be evaluated for SSE loads based on an equivalent static analysis of the condenser and the nozzle loads derived from the bypass line seismic analysis. The overall design of the condenser shall be reviewed on a realistic basis to demonstrate that it falls within the bounds of design characteristics found in conventional power plant condensers which have demonstrated good seismic performance. 凝汽器固定在建筑物上的锚固装置应根据凝汽器的当量静态分析以及旁路管道抗震分析获得的喷嘴负荷进行SSE负荷评估。凝汽器的总体设计应根据实际情况进行评审,以证实其属于已经展示出良好抗震能力的常规电站凝汽器中发现的设计特征的范围内。
2. Condensate pumps shall be vertical, single speed, multistage electric motor driven pumps. 凝泵应采用立式单速多级电动机驱动泵。
3. The suction lines of the condensate pumps shall be sized for velocities of 1.5 meters per second or less from the hotwell to the pumps. 凝泵的吸入管道的尺寸应根据从热阱到泵的1.5米/秒(或更低)的速度要求来确定。
4. Pump head-capacity characteristics shall continuously slope upwards, with a minimum 10 percent head rise from design point to shutoff, not exceeded 20% head at design point. 7. 9. For accidental operating conditions with cavitation, the pump shall be able to operate without damage for 15 minutes following accidental flow increase. After failure elimination, the pump shall continue operation. 对于发生气穴现象的事故运行状况,泵应能够在事故流量增加后15分钟内无故障和无损坏的运行。故障消除后,泵应能够继续运行。
10.All care shall be taken to choose materials that shall avoid erosion corrosion or pitting corrosion phenomena. These choices shall be submitted to the Purchaser for approval. 应竭尽所有可能选择避免侵蚀和点蚀现象发生的材料。这些选择应提交给购买者进行审批。
