4.13.2 Conceptual design criteria 方案设计标准 1 The design pressure of the main steam piping shall be the steam pressure at the outlet of the steam generator plus the design pressure margin of the steam generator. 1. 主蒸汽管道的设计压力应为蒸汽发生器出口处的蒸汽压力外加蒸汽发生器的设计压力裕度。
2 The pressure drop at the rated operation shall not cause the inlet moisture level at the turbine stop valve to exceed 0.5%. 4 The flow area of the main steam shall be selected to provide an acceptable steam velocity based on successful operating experience, considering expected fluid conditions (pressure, temperature, and moisture levels) and considering the material requirements below. 5 The drainage system for main steam piping shall be designed to remove water prior to and during initial rolling of the turbine and during shutdown. Drain flows are not to exceed a velocity of 3 m/s. 5. 主蒸汽管道的排水系统应能够在汽轮机最初转动之前和过程中以及关闭过程中除水。排放水流不应超过3m/s的速度。
