4.20 Shop Tests 工厂测试
The Bid shall include the tests and inspections specified by the Bidder.
投标书应包括投保人具体说明的测试和检验。
Turbine-Generator unit individual sections and all associated auxiliaries and accessories shall be factory assembled, as required, to establish proper fit, critical clearances, alignment, weld connections, mating surfaces and dimensional accuracy.
汽轮发电机设备单体以及所有相关的附属设备和附件，应在工厂按要求组装，以确定合适的配备、关键间距，校准，焊接头，接合面和尺寸精度。
Turbine-generator equipment, including auxiliaries and accessories, (excluding field installed piping) which utilize fluids under pressure shall be factory inspected or leak tested as systems, parts of systems, or as elements in accordance with standard practice to insure proper operation.
需要在压力下利用液体的汽轮发电机设备，包括附属设备和附件（排除现场安装的管道），应按照标准规范作为系统、系统部件、元件接受工厂检测或渗漏测试，以确保良好运行。
Shop testing of Turbine-Generator Set Package shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

4.20.1 Turbine and Associated Systems 汽轮机及相关系统
4.20.1.1 Turbine汽轮机
1. Rotor static and dynamic balance.
转子的静态和动态平衡
2. The rotors of each turbine should be overspeed tested in factory, the overspeed test should be carried out at the speed over 2% highest calculated speed. The highest calculated speed is obtained possibly by the test, which governor is being malfunction and the speed is only limited by emergency trip. This test can only taken one time .The holding time should not exceed 10 minutes. In any case, the overspeed can not be more than 20% rated speed. The Supplier should specify the speed and holding time for the overspeed test.
汽轮机转子应在工厂进行超速测试。实施超速测试的速度应高出2%的最高计算速度。测试有可能达到最高计算速度，即限速器出现故障，速度仅仅受到紧急跳闸的限制。该测试只能进行一次，持续不能超过十分钟。在任何情况下，超速不能超过20%的额定速度。对于超速测试的速度和持续时间，供方应当给出具体说明。
3. HP (or HP/IP) rotors thermal stability test.
