Mechanical Sketches 机械示意图
The sketches shall show the principal systems where mechanical interfaces exist and show any exceptions to general rules of limits of supply.

All the T&G Package related systems’ mechanical sketches shall be drawn up by T&G Package Bidder during the bidding process according to the following sharing and the information given in this BIS Part 5 Chapter 2.

Mechanical Interfaces are schematically indicated in such drawings, while detailed interfaces shall be developed in arrangement layout drawings. All the individual detailed interface information shall be exchanged via interface exchange documents in order to carry out the design and layout.

NI Supplier shall be responsible for the Plant-wide I&C supply, engineering and design within his scope, including Main Control Room& Other Control Rooms/Area. T&G Supplier shall be responsible for the design and supply of the T&G control and protection systems (detail description refer to section 2.2.1.5 Chapter 2 of Part 5). T&G Supplier shall provide the requirements of control, display, alarm and record of their systems in Main Control Room to NI supplier.

4.3.2. NI Supplier shall provide interface modules for interfacing with NI (special systems), CI (mainly T&G and related systems) and BOP systems. I&C Supplier shall coordinate with NI&CI designers to determine the quantities and allocation of interface modules for its adequacy and complete the integrated system design. Finally NI supplier should ensure the completeness and correctness for integrated I&C.
“NI供方”应提供用于与NI(专用系统)、CI(主要为T&G和相关系统)和BOP系统进行界面连接的接口模块。“I&C供方”应与NI和CI设计方进行协调,以确定接口模块适当的数量和配置,并完成一体化系统设计。最后,NI供方应确保一体化I&C系统的完整性和正确性。
4.3.3. The limit of supply, both for Level 1 and Level 2 and for Level 0 and Level 1, is at input terminal strips of interface modules supplied by NI supplier. Some vital and significant safety commands, such as turbine trip, shall be hard-wire connected directly from Main Control Room (MCR) to Level 0, the interface is at the input terminal strips of the MCR.

4.3.4. Whether the interfaces among NI, BCI and T&G are detailed and clarified or not is one of the key factors in accomplishing the project smoothly. Therefore, T&G Supplier shall divide and clarify the interfaces with I&C supplier as detail and clear as possible. Besides written explanations, detailed interface diagrams should also be attached.
NI、BCI和T&G之间的接口是否详细和清楚是顺利完成项目的关键因素之一。因此,“T&G供方”应与I&C供方划分并尽可能详细和清楚地说明接口信息。除书面说明之外,还应附上详细的接口图。
