In the event that type 01 data is required to be changed during the Contract period, the Party requiring the change shall notify Purchaser under the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions also define the Supplier’s Responsibilities.

5.2.2 Other Interface Requirements

Any other interface requirements not included in the type 01 data above shall be considered as having no influence on the Contract as far as the performance of systems and equipment are concerned. In the event, however, that other interface information, exchanged during the Contract period, requires a proved change to any of the Parties respective Contracts, then this information shall be treated in the same way as type 01 data (It is particularly the case for Electrical Building arrangement – Any significant increase in the space allowed to other supplier will lead to contractual consequences on the NI contract).

The Interface Control Manual is the means of defining engineering interface between parties and managing the schedule of exchange of interface data as described in Section 5.1 of this Appendix, which will be developed during project implementation on the basis of the key interface dates in accordance with the Project Procedure involved.
