The Supplier shall establish an Index of Engineering Documents (IED) system for maintaining and providing the Purchaser with a complete listing of documentation (including drawings, data sheets, procedures, specifications, manuals, performance test data, design reports, calculations, etc.).
供方应建立工程文件索引（IED）系统，用于保持并向买方提供文件的完整列表（包括图纸、数据表、程序、规格说明、手册、性能测试数据、设计报告、计算结果等）。

IED is a documents management system which shall be used to manage and follow up the issuance and submission of all the engineering documents by Purchaser and Supplier.
工程文件索引系统是一种文件管理系统，用于管理和跟踪买方发布的所有工程文件以及供方提交的所有工程文件。

The first issuance of IED shall be submitted to the Purchaser for review in traditional paper copies and electronic file copy at Authorization to Proceed (ATP) date of the Contract. And then the IED shall be supplied at the end of each month in traditional paper copies and electronic file copy, and shall be certified by the Purchaser as being complete correct and current through the last day of that month.
工程文件索引的第一次发布应以传统纸质和电子文件版本的形式在合同的允许履行（ATP）日期提交给买方审核。然后工程文件索引应在每月末以传统纸质和电子文件的形式提供，并应由买方认定为完整正确而且在当月最后一天为最新版本。

An IED management procedure shall be developed in the basis of mutually agreement.
