2.4.1 概述
When awarding the Contract, the Supplier shall prepare and provide to the Purchaser the revised and certified drawings required with the Bid showing all modifications, changes, additions, deletions etc., being correct in every detail.
签订合同后，供方应编写并向买方提供要求与标书一同提供的修订后和已证明图纸，说明所有修改、变更、添加、删除等的每一个细节均正确无误。
The extent of these submittals shall also include, but not be limited to those applicable documents specified in section 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of this Appendix and shall be sufficiently comprehensive to fully establish that all parts and procedures to be used in performing the works shall comply with the objectives of the Contract and with requirements for installation, operation and maintenance. The Purchaser shall have the right to request the Supplier to submit such additional information as may reasonably be required.

2.4.2 As built Drawings.
2.4.2 竣工图
Changes made during installation and completion of the Project shall be documented by the Supplier by submitting again the affected and revised drawings in accordance with procedures specified herein. Those drawings shall be called the "As-Built" drawings, The "As-Built" drawings shall be submitted in line with the Project schedule requirement and shall show all equipment and complete facilities as installed. All drawings, data and documents submitted as final shall be certified. Certified drawings, data and documents shall bear the dated and signature of an authorized employee of Supplier.
