2.6 包装和传送
All documentation shall be in good package to avoid any damages on them.

All documents shall be dispatched under a cover of transmittal sheet. The transmittal sheet shall be on A4 size and referenced with a correspondence identification code. One transmittal sheet shall only be issued to cover one document or some documents with the same Main-activity and Sub-activity.
所有文件在发送前应在表面包装一张传送页封面。该传送页封面应为A4的尺寸并注明通信标记代码。一张传送页封面只能用于包装一份文件或某些具有相同主要工作和次级工作的文件。
The transmittal sheet shall show at least the following information:
传送页封面至少应显示以下信息：
? Identification number of transmittal sheet
? 传送页封面的识别编号
? Date of submission
? 递交日期
? Identification number, revision, status and title of each document
? 每个文件的识别编号、修订版本、状态和标题
? Number of copies and the indication of media

The packing requirements for radiographic films will be defined in the procedure that will be established by Purchaser.

2.7 acceptance of documents

The Supplier shall be responsible for all items within the scope of its supply. Any drawings submitted by the Supplier that reflect inattention to or non-compliance with the requirements of the specifications will be returned without comments by the Purchaser for proper compliance and /or checking by the Supplier. If there is a recurrence of such negligence by the Supplier calling for further correction and review of Supplier’s drawings, the Supplier will be required to reimburse all costs incurred by the Purchaser in reviewing and processing of the drawings thereafter.

Any delays in submittals, or non-compliance with the submittal requirements such as inattention, lack of certification, submission of unchecked drawings, and errors which cause the Purchaser rework or re-review, may be subject to compensation.
出现文件提交延误或不符合提交要求，如疏忽、缺乏认证、提交未检验的图纸以及造成买方返工或重新审查的过失，将要求供方负责赔偿。 |
