All documentation shall be subject to review by the Purchaser to ensure compliance with the Contract. The Supplier shall respond in a constructive and cooperative manner to comments made by the Purchaser, entering into correspondence and discussions as may be mutually agreed to appropriate.

The Supplier shall submit all design documents to the Purchaser for review according to the submittal schedule specified in the Contract. The Purchaser will review these design documents and issue the comments of review to Supplier.

The Supplier shall review and revise those documents based on the review comments issued by Purchaser and resubmit corrected documents for Purchaser’s approval within thirty (30) calendar days. When a drawing is revised, revision numbers must be shown and easily distinguishable from the drawing number. A short description of the revision must be included and the affected areas on the drawings shall be circled and identified with revision number. Changes to the reviewed or approved drawings must be resubmitted to Purchaser for additional review. Concurrence to proceed does not constitute acceptance or approval of design details, calculations, analyses, test methods, or materials developed or selected by the Supplier and does not relieve Supplier from full compliance with contractual obligations.

Any work done before the review of the drawings and data shall be at the Supplier's risk and any necessary design changes to comply with the requirements and objectives of the Contract shall be made at no additional cost to the Purchaser or delay to the Project.

The Supplier shall submit a complete s
et of reviewed and updated design documents, which may include all levels of documents, to the Purchaser for the related work inspection and verification six (6) months before the commencement of related work.
供方应在相关工作开始前6个月向买方提交一整套经审查和更新的设计文件（可能包括所有层次的文件），以便实施相关工作的检查和验证。

Documentation related to interfaces shall also be submitted to the CI Designer for review in accordance with the requirements of Appendix B of this BIS.
