6.5.4.2 Alarm function 警报功能

Alarms are used for attracting the Operator’s attention to unexpected events, especially to disturbances regarding process control and plant behavior, requiring an Operator’s reaction (corrective action, need for other personnel’s support).警报用来使操作员注意那样未预料到的事件，尤其是那些需要操作员做出反应（矫正操作，需要其他人员的支持）的与过程控制和电站设备活动相关的扰动。

The knowledge of the Operator’s tasks is a basic element to be taken into account in the design of alarms, so that alarms and other information are correctly directed to the appropriate staff. The Operator must not be distracted from his main tasks. 6.5.4.2.1 Alarm processing 警报处理
The alarm processing shall minimize non-significant alarms, and alarms with similar meaning or alarms originating from the same event. The purpose is to alert the Operator only if it is necessary for him to perform corrective action or to be aware of a change in the state of the plant.警报处理应使非重要警报、具有相似含义的警报、及源于同一事件的警报达到最少。目的是为了只在有必要让操作员实施矫正操作或了解电站状态变化时才对操作员进行警示。

It is important that the Operator is not disturbed by non-significant alarms. If numerous alarms appear in a short time, particularly if an accident or an upset situation occurs, the Operator may be confused and spend time on unnecessary actions. It is important that only those alarms, which the Operator needs to be aware of to understand what is going on, and to determine what has to be done, should be displayed.使操作员不受非重要警报的干扰是很重要的。如果大量警报在短时间内出现，尤其是如果发生事故或扰动情况，操作员可能会被迷惑而将时间花在不必要的操作上。关键是只应显示那些操作员需要获知才能了解发生了什么以及确定必须做什么的警报。

The alarm processing should provide the following features: 警报处理应具有以下特征：
