7.5.15 Electromagnetic compatibility and grounding 电磁兼容性与接地
7.5.15.1 Electromagnetic compatibility 电磁兼容性
Sufficient electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) shall be provided.应提供充分的电磁兼容性（EMC）。
For the EMC-directive, two IEC-standards are applicable; 对于EMC指令，可采用两种IEC标准：

The two sets of standards partly overlap, but in general terms IEC 60801 deals with testing while the requirements are given in IEC 61000.两组标准有部分重叠，但总的来说，IEC 60801针对的是测试，而IEC 61000规定了相关要求。
The severity levels shall be chosen in such a way that I&C equipment is reliably protected against influence of the power plant electromagnetic environment. 应对严重级进行适当选择，使I&C设备得到可靠保护而不受到电站电磁环境的影响。
The electromagnetic environment may be the result of multiple sources, e.g. hand-held radio transceivers or various industrial electromagnetic sources such as relays, motors, thyristors, fluorescent lamps, switches operating inductive loads, etc. 电磁环境可以是多个原因造成的，比如手持式无线电收发机或各种工业电磁来源，诸如继电器、电动机、可控硅整流器、荧光灯、开关操作电感负载等。
It shall be possible to use low power radio communication devices without restriction.

7.5.15.2 Grounding 接地
Uniform and consistent grounding principles shall be used for all I&C systems, equipment and cabling. The principles shall be consistent with the overall grounding principles of the plant. 统一和一致的接地原则应用于所有I&C系统、设备及电缆线路。该原则应与电站的总体接地原则保持一致。
All electrical equipment shall have provisions for grounding live parts when the equipment is out-of-service. Grounding shall consist of portable ground cables of sufficient length to reach from the furthest part to the ground grid tap or the equipment ground bus. 所有电力设备都应在设备未投入使用时具备接地的有电部件。接地系统应包括具有足够长度的从最远端部分到达接地栅极分接头的便携式接地电缆，或设备接地总线。

Grounding of I&C systems and equipment shall fulfill the following requirements: I&C系统和设备的接地系统应符合以下要求：
