KTI短信发送管理系统 KTI short message sending control system
本系统负责当汽车一卡通系统注册车辆通过某个卡口或出入某个停车场时，系统将向相关车主发送提示短消息，通知车主该车辆通行的相关信息，让用户倍感安全与放心。
The system sends friendly and comfort-giving short messages to the vehicle owner for reminding of passing-related information when the vehicle registered in the automobile common card system goes through a gate or a parking lot.
KTI计费支付系统 KTI charge payment system
当车辆通过某个道口时，系统将自动从用户的一卡通账户扣除应缴费用，并给出相应的提示以及欠费报警。当车辆进入某个停车场时，系统会在其进入该停车场入口时开始计时，当其离开该车场后系统会自动结算计费并扣费。
When a vehicle passes through a gate, the system automatically deducts the payable amount from the user’s common card account and presents corresponding indication or alarm against dues. When a vehicle enters a parking lot, the system starts time counting at its entrance and automatically settles the accounting and conducts deduction at its leaving.

LED parking stall reminding, information indication and voice prompt (optional) —Charging standards and information of the parking lot (district) are shown at the entrance and exit of the parking lot (district), and the charging amount is shown on leaving with clear voice prompt.
