KTI smart entrance control system is a complete set for gate control including three sub-systems: the gate control system, KTI UHF gate control and KTI channel gate control system. Individual gate control solutions may be provided to meet customers’ need. The system integrates the technology of RFID, computer control and electronic locking, adopts smart gate control cards to replace keys, and cooperates with computers to realize smart gate control and management, effectively making up for the deficiency of traditional locks, such as difficulty in use and impossibility of information recording. The data collected through data controller actualizes digital management and brings surprisingly efficient management of inner human resources.

该系统使用KTI智能门禁卡，人员均需凭已授权的智能门禁卡进出。在读卡器的有效距离内，读卡器将读出卡片中的数据（密码），并同时传至控制器，由控制器瞬间自动识别身份后启动电子门锁。此时控制器及主控电脑均将持卡人的卡号、姓名、出入时间及出入门禁控制点等信息实时记录，并随时可以根据需要打印报表。如果持卡人没有通行权限时，电子门锁不会动作。如强行进出或开门超时，系统将自动将报警信号传至主控电脑，由保安人员处理。从而达到禁止不具合法身份人员进出的目的，大大提高了单位或部门的安全性。如果卡片不慎丢失，只要在控制器或主控电脑的软件中将该卡片注销即可。此外，该系统还可按照客户需求与指纹识别、照片采集技术相结合进行扩展应用，彻底杜绝考勤中存在的虚假替代考勤现象。
The system adopts the KTI smart gate control card that only allows passing of personnel authorized. Within a valid distance, the card reader reads data (code) of the card and transmits it to the controller, which automatically releases the electronic lock after instant identification of status. At the same time, the controller and the main computer record information of the card-holder’s number, name, time of passing and the gate controlled in real time for later print of report forms if needed. If the card holder is not authorized to pass the gate, the electronic lock does not move. If the gate is forced open or kept open beyond time limit, the system will automatically send alarming signals to the main computer for security staff to handle. Unauthorized personnel are thereupon prevented from passing, and the security of the unit or department is enhanced. In case the card is lost, it is enough to cancel it in the software of the controller or the main computer. In addition, the system may be integrated with fingerprint identification and image collection, and thereupon extensively used for prevention of skullduggery in attendance check.
