Public holidays/ statutory holidays 公共/法定节假日
All employees are entitled to all public holidays in the P.R.C. On the rare occasion that employees are requested to work on a public holiday, another paid day of leave will be given in lieu. 所有的雇员均享有中华人民共和国所有法定节假日的休假权。个别情况下要求雇员在法定节假日加班的,该雇员可在另一个带薪假期休假。
Centre holidays 中心假日 In addition to public holidays, Kids’ Gallery may observe other holidays, e.g. Christmas. Employees are entitled to such Kids’ Gallery centre holidays and will be notified in advance of them. On the occasion that an employee is requested to work on a centre holiday, another paid day of leave will be given in lieu. 除法定节假日外,儿童画廊亦遵守其他假期,如圣诞节。雇员有权在儿童画廊的此类中心假日休假,公司将事先发出通知。雇员在中心假日加班的,可享受另一个带薪假日。

Annual leave 年假 Full-time employees are required to take regular annual leave for your own benefit. Deferment of annual leave from one year to the next is not allowed. Your allowance of days is stated in your employment contract and commences after successful completion of any stated probation period. One month’s notice is required of intended use of annual leave days and approval of dates is at the sole discretion of management. Please note for busy holiday periods the requests are handled on a first come, first served basis. Please think ahead and plan annual leave. This will help to avoid any possible disappointments. 全职雇员可享受常规年假作为自己的福利。不得将某一年度的年假延缓至下一年度。雇员可享受的年假天数规定在雇员的雇佣合同中,并自所规定的试用期完满结束后开始。有目的地使用年假的,应提前一个月告知,年假的天数由管理层单方决定。请注意在繁忙的假期,休假请求遵循先申请、先授予原则。请事先考虑并确定年假计划。这有助于避免任何可能的失望。 The Kids’ Gallery common year is from 1 September to 31 August each year.
