Medical insurance plan for full-time employees
全职雇员的医疗保险计划
Full-time employees are entitled to participate in the company’s medical insurance scheme. The premium is paid by Kids’ Gallery and repayments for medical services received are deposited directly into your nominated bank account by the company’s insurers.
全职雇员有权参加公司的医疗保险计划。保险费由儿童画廊支付，所接受的医疗服务的赔偿款由公司的保险人直接存入你指定的银行账户中。
Medical requirements

Employees may be required, at the discretion and cost of the company, to undergo a medical examination at such times as the company deems necessary, e.g. for new staff or due to possible exposure to an infectious disease, etc.
公司认为雇员需要体检的（如新员工或可能接触到传染性疾病等），雇员应进行体检，体检费用由公司承担。
Employees may also be required, at the discretion and cost of the company, to undergo preventative healthcare at such times as the company deems necessary, e.g. flu injections, etc unless there are medical reasons why an individual may not receive certain medical attention.
雇员亦应在公司认为必要时进行预防性医疗保健（如注射流感疫苗等），相关费用由公司承担，但某个雇员由于医学上的原因不能接受某种医疗服务的除外。
Sick leave bonus
病假奖励
In order to thank those employees who do not take many sick leave days, the company has instituted a sick leave bonus payable at the end of each common year (31 August) based on the number of sick leave days from each employee’s entitlement which is still remaining.
为感谢那些没有休很多病假的员工，公司设立病假奖金制度，该奖金在每个普通年份的年末（8月31日）支付，根据每个雇员可休的病假天数和已休的病假天数确定。
The bonus payment is made according to the following scale, regardless of the employee’s position or grade in the company:

5 sick days remaining RMB1000

4 sick days remaining RMB800
剩余4天病假未休 人民币800元
3 sick days remaining RMB600
剩余3天病假未休 RMB600
2 sick days remaining RMB400
剩余2天病假未休 RMB400
1 sick day remaining RMB200
剩余1天病假未休 人民币200元
Less than 1 sick day remaining RMB0
剩余不足一日的病假未休 人民币0元
(Half days of sick leave taken are rounded down for the purposes of this bonus payment).

The amount of the sick leave bonus will be adjusted pro rata for employees who join Kids’ Gallery partway through the common year. Employees who have submitted resignations before 31 August each year, at the time when the bonus is calculated, will not be eligible for this bonus payment.
在上一普通年份刚加入儿童画廊的雇员的病假奖金的金额按比例确定。在每年的8月31日（计算此奖金的日期）前提交注册登记的雇员，不向其支付该年度的病假奖金。
