The company follows P.R.C. labour regulations in all aspects of maternity leave. Information regarding this is available from the Managing Director or through the Labour Department.

Paternity leave
男性产假
The company will grant five working days of paternity leave to an employee who is the father of a newborn child. The employee may be required to present a doctor’s or other medical certificate proving that he is the natural father of the child.

Compassionate leave
照顾性准假
Compassionate leave with full pay may be given at the discretion of management upon the death or serious accident or medical condition requiring hospitalisation or treatment overseas of a close relative of an employee.
雇员的近亲属去世或发生严重事故或需要住院治疗或去国外接受治疗的,由管理层决定,此雇员可享受带薪的照顾性准假。
Each case is considered on its own merits but as a general guideline the following amount of compassionate leave will be granted:

Death/serious accident/serious medical condition requiring hospitalisation or treatment overseas:

Of the employee’s spouse, partner, or child: 12 working days

Of the employee’s parent or sibling: Six working days
雇员的父母或兄弟姐妹:六个工作日
Of the employee’s grandparent: Two working days
配偶的祖父母、外祖父母:两个工作日
