RFID labels are installed in the identification certificates of all athletes to store various information (personal information, information about competition, medication, food preference, etc.), enabling the volunteers and managerial to know about the athlete and competition for provision of better assistance. The medical service and food service organizations can also be timely informed of the situation of the athlete to provide individualized services for promotion of the overall service level. At the same time, RFID reading facilities are installed in all venues, residence and vehicles of the athletes to ensure a full-process tracking of their location, reducing possibility of missing and enhancing safety.

KTI RFID exhibition management system is mainly composed of the RFID label, fixed reader, hand-held reader, KTI server software and business software. RFID label is used for identification of status-related information. Each label corresponds to a number unique in the world. The fixed reader and handheld reader are used for reading of label data to fulfill tasks of identity confirmation, information reading and initial information processing. KTI server software is mostly a distributive RFID server platform, providing enterprises with relative platform for fast construction of RFID. It is divided into two parts: one is RFID control server to provide access to various reader facilities and processing procedure of label data; the other is RFID application server to provide exchange with data of the business software, collection and analysis of label data.
