3.2.5. Heat Treatment 热处理 The preheat temperature Tp shall be calculated with the following formula: 预热温度Tp应当按照如下公式计算: Tp= 750 x CET - 150 °C with: 其中: The actual temperatures must be monitored by suitable test methods. 实际温度必须以合适的测试方法来监控。 Forced cooling of the welding points is not permissible. 3.2.6. Weld Dressing 清理焊缝 Weld spatter and slag must be removed after the weld zone has cooled. Any further cleaning of the weld zone shall be in accordance with the requirements for surface treatment as protection against corrosion. 在焊接区域冷却后,必须清除焊接飞溅和焊渣。对焊接区域的进一步清理,应当遵照对表面处理的要求,以防止腐蚀。 If this is necessary for the assembly of the components or specified in the respective drawings, the welds have to be appropriately finished. 如果对于部件总成而言有必要,或是在相应的图纸中有所规定,则需要对焊缝进行修饰。 Any aids or temporary attachments welded to the component must be removed without causing damage to the base metal. It is not permissible to struck off such aids or attachments. The area in question must be carefully ground. 对部件进行的任何辅助焊接或临时性连接焊接都必须去除,而不得损伤基底金属。不得将这类辅助件或连接件敲除。所涉区域必须小心接地。
