6.2 出站信号机处的应答器组 Balise group at the starting signal
6.2.1 正向发车的基本进路，发送发车进路及区间临时限速信息，临时限速信息有效区段长度从出站信号机开始至前方站（中继站）第二组有源应答器。
For basic routes with forward departure, the temporary limited speed information of the departure route and the section will be sent, the length of the temporary limited speed information valid section is from the starting signal to the second group of active balise by the front station (repeater station).
6.2.2 正向发车的变更进路和反向发车进路，股道发UU码，应答器发送进路45km/h限速报文，临时限速有效区段长度为从出站信号机至出站口增加80m。
For changing route in forward direction and departure route in reverse direction, track sends UU code, a balise sends 45km/h limited speed message of the route, the length of the temporary limited speed valid section is from the starting signal to the exit, adding 80m.
6.2.3 当侧向发车进路或离去区段有低于80km/h的临时限速时，对应的发车股道发送UU码。
When there is a temporary limited speed lower than 80km/h in the side departure route or departure section, the corresponding departure track will send UU code.
6.3 全线限速 Limited speed in full line
6.3.1 当临时限速区长度超过5个闭塞分区或存在两处及以上临时限速时，设置全线限速。全线限速范围为从进站信号机至前方站（中继站）第二组有源应答器组。
When the length of the temporary limited speed region exceeds 5 block sections or there are two or more than two temporary limited speeds, the limited speed shall be set in full line. The limited speed range in full line is from the home signal to the second active balise group in the front station (repeater station).
6.3.2 当前方站设置全线临时限速时，本站应发送前方站全线限速报文，有效区段长度至前方站（中继站）第二组有源应答器组。
When a full line temporary limited speed is set in the front station, current station shall send the full line limited speed message on the front station, valid section length reaching the second active balise group in the front station (repeater station).
6.4 级间转换处的临时限速 Temporary limited speed at interclass transition place
6.4.1 CTCS级间转换处，CTCS-2级车站列控中心限速管辖范围应从级间转换执行点向外延伸，延伸长度为线路允许速度到45 km/h的目标制动距离，如图 22所示。
The limited speed domination range of CTCS interclass transition place, class CTCS-2 station train control center shall extend outwards from the interclass transition implementing point, the extending length is the braking distance from the highest allowable speed in the line to 45 km/h, shown in Fig.22.
6.4.2 与级间转换点相邻的CTCS-0级车站列控中心限速管辖范围为相应区间，并从邻站出站口延伸一个列车从线路允许速度制动到45km/h的距离，如图 23所示。
The limited speed domination range of class CTCS-0 station train control center adjoining an interclass transition point is the corresponding section, and extends from the exit of the adjacent station to a distance of the train braking from the allowable speed to 45km/h, shown in Fig.23.
