7.7.2 设计评审、设计验证、设计确认的要求（EN50129 5.3.9 安全验证和确认）
Requirements for design review, design verification and design assessment (EN50129 5.3.9 Safety verification and assessment)
验证生命周期的每个阶段满足前一阶段所规定的安全需求，文档化（包括适当的测试和安全分析），且要有计划性。
Verifying the fact that every phase of lifecycle meets the safety requirements prescribed by the former phase, documented (including appropriate testing and safety analysis), and possessing strategy.
如后续对做出改动或扩充，必须充分重复执行这些活动。
If changes or extension will be performed in future, these activities must be repeated sufficiently.
验证员和确认员所需的独立程度必须与系统/子系统/设备的安全完整性等级要求一致。
Independent degree needed by verifiers and assessors must be consistent with the requirements of safety integrality level in system/subsystem/equipment.
安全计划中明确评审计划，评审结果要归档。系统/子系统/设备的任何改动和扩充也要进行评审。
In safety plan, review plan shall be clarified, review results must be filed. Any changes and extension for system/subsystem/equipment must be reviewed.
