7.16.5 项目风险管理 Project risks management 项目经理在项目策划时,要识别项目的风险,并纳入风险管理计划。对于可以采取措施规避的,应尽早采取规避措施,防止风险的发生。对于无法采取规避措施的风险,要制定应急措施,一旦风险发生,启动应急措施,努力把风险降到最低水平。 The project manager shall identify the risks of the project and bring them into the risks management plan in planning the project. For the risks that can be avoided by taking measures, elusion measures shall be taken as soon as possible in order to prevent risks occurring. For the risks that cannot be avoided by taking measures, emergency measures shall be established, once any risks occur, emergency measures shall be started immediately, in order to reduce risks to the lowest. 随着项目的执行,各种项目因素发生变化,项目经理要随时识别风险予以管理。 Along with the execution of the project, factors in all items are varying, the project manager shall identify risks and control them as the occasion demands.
7.16.6 项目度量 The measurement of the projects 度量是为了分析和改进。在项目执行过程中,项目经理要协调定期或事件性的对项目的工作产品的规模、质量有关数据、项目进度和工作量等数据进行度量和分析,及时纠正偏差,保证项目按预期目标完成。 Measurement is for analysis and improvement. During executing the project, the project manager shall coordinate measurement and analysis for product scale, quality data, progress and workload data, correct deviation in time, in order to make sure the project is completed according to preset target.
7.16.7 里程碑管理 Milestone management 项目里程碑是影响项目目标的关键点,在项目执行过程中要引起每个项目组成员的高度重视。因此,在项目策划阶段,项目经理就要识别出项目的里程碑及里程碑放行的准则。向所有参加项目的成员宣贯。 Project milestones are key points affecting the project target, shall be greatly valued by every member in the project. So, in planning phase of the project, the project manager shall identify milestones of the project and release criterion of milestones, making known among all members in the project. 项目经理要高度关注每个里程碑的完成时间和需要完成的活动、放行准则,达到目标时及时组织里程碑评审。 The project manager shall take attention to finishing time of every milestone and necessary activities, release criterion, and organize milestone review as soon as the target reaches.
7.16.8 项目结项管理 Project closing management 当项目完成时,项目经理要组织项目组成员从对项目进行总结,包括技术总结、管理总结、质量总结、项目度量总结等,为组织积累知识和经验。项目结项时,需输出以下文档: When the project has been finished, the project manager shall organize members of the project group for summarizing the project, including technical summary, management summary, quality summary, project measurement summary and so on in order to accumulate knowledge and experience. On the project closing, the following output documents are necessary: 《项目技术总结报告》 Project technical summary report 《项目工作总结报告》 Project work summary report 《项目质量总结报告》 Project quality summary report 《项目度量报告》 Project measurement report
