系统需求R-SYS-A-114条款的过程描述中有“如果车载设备预先设定为CTCS2级， 接通电源后，设备就直接转入本模式。”建议确定待机模式为哪种运营模式，这对于后面的设计阶段具有具体的指导作用。不建议在需求中采用如果之类不确定词语。
The requirement R-SYS-A-114 process description has “if the on-vehicle equipment is preset to be CTCS2 level, after power is on, the equipment will directly move to this mode. ”Suggest confirm which operation mode the stand-by mode is. System structure oversimplifies the descriptions of modules functions. These contents are not enough to be basis to allocate the system requirements functions to different modules in design. Suggest strictly divide different modules functions.

在系统需求的2.2.3系统结构章节的结构图中显示BTM在此项目的开发范围中，但在R-SYS-A-045条款的附表中对于BTM却备注“目前供货商仅提供非冗余的结构。应考虑”。需求对于BTM的描述前后不一致，请确定BTM是外购还是自己研发。另外，如果外购，建议在需求中说明与BTM的接口。
