CHAPTER 1 DEFINITION
除非另行定义，本合同中下列表述的定义为：
Except other definition, the following expressions in this contract are defined as:
1.1 验收 （验收标准详见附件六）
1.1 Inspection (the detail of inspection level see appendix 6)
a) 预验收：指卖方提供的设备安装和安装过程中的全部测试完毕（不含功率曲线和可利用率），通过可靠性运行，进入质量保证期的验收。预验收证书是表明最终用户、买方接受预验收结果的证明，证书由最终用户、买方和卖方共同签字。详见附件六预验收标准。
a) Advance inspection: The inspection for ending of whole test of equipment installation and assembly process provided by seller (efficiency curve and available rate excluded), passing reliability operation and ingression of life of quality assurance. Advance inspection certificate is the proof of acceptance advance inspection result for ultimate consumer and purchaser, which is signed by ultimate consumer, purchaser and seller. Detail sees appendix 6 standard of advance inspection.
b) 最终验收：指完成质量保证期结束时的验收，买方向卖方签发了最终验收证明书。详见附件六最终验收标准和验收证书格式。

1.6 最终用户，指内蒙古龙源风能开发有限责任公司，买方作为其商务代理机构签订并执行合同。

Purchaser sign and execute contract as his commercial deputy.
1.7 商检机构：指目的港口或项目所在地商检局或进出口检疫机构。
1.7 Commodity inspection institution: Commodity inspection bureau or import and export test, quarantine institution in destination port or item location.
1.8 装运港：指欧洲主要港口。
1.8 Shipping port: European main port.
1.9 目的港：指天津新港。
