1.23 机组：是指卖方供货范围内的风力发电机组和附属设备。
1.23 Machine set: Wind-driven generation set and appurtenance in the scope of supply of seller.
1.24 分包商或分供货商：是指由卖方将合同供货范围内任何部分的供货分包给其他的法人、该法人的继任方和该法人允许的受让方。
1.24 Subcontractor or sub supplier: Other legal person, the held-over party and allowable assigned party of legal person of any segment supply in contract scope of supply subcontracted by seller.
1.25 设备缺陷：是指合同设备达不到本合同规定的性能、质量标准要求的情形。
1.25 Equipment drawback: The state that contract equipment can not meet the requirement of performance and quality standard stated by this contract.
