付款方式：付款方式采用买方通过选择中国的一个信誉良好的银行为买方支付行，向卖方在国外的信誉良好的卖方议付银行支付。

4.1进口设备及境外服务付款方式：
4.1 Type of payment of imported equipment and overseas services:
1. 进口设备及境外服务总价（见合同附件一A）的20%，即3, 242,157.00美元，在合同签字后，买方收到卖方提交的下列单据，并核对无误后15天内由买方以T/T方式支付给通用电气风能有限公司：
1. 20% of total price of imported equipment and overseas services (see appendix 1A), namely 3,242,157.00 dollars, in 15 days after the contract is signed, purchaser receives the following document submitted by seller and is verified correct, is disbursed by purchaser to GE Wind Energy GmbH in T/T mode:
        a.由卖方国家的有关机构出具的有效的出口许可证或不需出口许可证的证明正本一份；
        a. One copy of virtual export permit or original certificate for non-need export permit offered by appropriate institution of seller's country. 
b.由卖方银行出具的以买方为受益人的不可撤销的预付款保函正本一份、副本一份，保函金额为保函金额为进口设备及境外服务总价的20%（保函格式见合同附件九）；
        b. One copy of original irrevocable advance payment guarantee and one copy of repetition with purchaser as beneficent offered by seller bank. The sum of guarantee is 20% of total price of imported equipment and overseas services (guarantee format see appendix 9).
c.金额为进口设备及境外服务总价20%的商业发票正本5份；
        c. Five copies of the original commercial invoice with sum equaling to 20% of total price of imported equipment and overseas service. 
        d.由卖方银行出具的以买方为受益人的不可撤销的履约保函正本一份、副本一份，保函金额为合同总价（见合同附件一）的5%（人民币部分汇率按1美元折合8.28人民币计算，履约保函格式见合同附件）。
        d. One copy of original irrevocable performance guarantee and one copy of repetition with purchaser as beneficent offered by seller bank. The sum of guarantee is 5% of contract total price (see appendix 1) (One dollar is converted into 8.28 Yuan RMB. Performance guarantee format see appendix.).
