17.7 Seller has a right to suspend all work of equipment manufacture immediately when purchaser can not disburse mature fund. Also, seller has a right to suspend shipping of any equipment when purchaser can not disburse all mature payment before date of delivery. Any cost due to suspension of seller (including storage) should be disbursed by purchaser when seller submits invoice. The performance time for seller is postponed correspondingly to overcome the influence of this suspension.

17.8 Purchaser has a right to terminate this contract under the following condition: seller: (i) is insolvent, is transferred for creditor benefit and appointed administrator or trustee for creditor benefit, asks for protection without any disturb from creditor according to bankrupt law. or (ii) violates thoroughly and can not observe or perform momentous duty stated in this contract (limited the momentous duty without only compensation in this contract), under these conditions: (A) purchaser should provide notice in written to seller, informing the property of breach the contract and the intent to terminate the contract, and (B) in 30 days or extended time accepted by both sides after seller receives the notice, seller can not (1) start make up the breach and sought compensation actively, or (2) provide reasonable evidence to prove no breach.
17.9下列情况下，卖方应该有权终止本合同：买方(i) 一次在12个月内或累积24个月内根据“中止”条款规定中止现场工作；或（ii）无偿债能力，为债权人利益进行转让，为债权人利益指定了财产管理人或托管人，或请求根据任何破产法保护不受债权人干扰；或 (iii) 未能支付到期款项或履行合同规定的任何支付条件。条件是：卖方应该首先向买方提供书面通知，通报有关履行的性质和卖方因该违约打算终止合同的意图，以及买方未能在收到该书面通知后30天内、对该履行进行补救。
17.9 Seller has a right to terminate this contract under the following condition: purchaser: (i) suspends fieldwork according to 'suspension' clause once in 12 months or cumulated in 24 months, or (ii) is insolvent, is transferred for creditor benefit and appointed administrator or trustee for creditor benefit, or asks for protection without any disturb from creditor according to bankrupt law, or (iii) can not disburse mature fund or perform any terms of payment stated by contract. The condition is: seller should provide notice in written to purchaser, informing the property of breach the contract and the intent to terminate the contract, and purchaser can not make up for performance in 30 days after receives this notice.
17.10 合同双方不得因自身便利终止合同。
