2、 图纸和设计要求 (1) 全套图纸一份 租区大门立面图、效果图和平面图; 租区平面图(隔断墙、室内布局、门的数量、位置及状况); 吊顶图(现状和设计后,包括烟感、喷淋、应急喇叭、风口等); 强电配电系统图、照明线路图和插座线路图; 特殊设施节点详图。 租区立面效果图应首先得到商城部的同意。

(3) 设计要求 a. 机械设备应附证明文件、说明书等,以便评估负载量; b. 租户如有特殊的装修要求,所提交的图纸、图样应先经有关的专业工程师核签; c. 不允许将隔断墙直接固定在租区玻璃墙上; d. 所有机电设备,如照明用具、出风口等都应井然有序,便于维修; e. 主开关的额定负荷不能超过经批准的计划中所阐明的总负荷量; f. 图纸中应含新风管道图,包括新风管、新风口的位置及数量,以及必要的风阀。 每个独立的房间都应设有新风口。若租户根据自己的情况不增加新风系统,必须在图纸上签字认可; g. 不得对商城主管路随意改动。租户自己增做的线槽,不得放置在风机盘管的凝水盘下方; h. 为使租区内空调温度均匀,应尽量减少隔断数量,以保证房间温度的控制; i. 为保证风机盘管的日常维修,风机盘管前如放置柜台须安装脚轮,风机盖板上方如有隔断墙必须可拆卸; j. 禁止在租区玻璃墙和玻璃门上或租区防火铁门上打孔钻洞。
