3. 总体结构
目前DEC系列综合通信调度平台拥有DEC-4000和DEC－3000两款产品，可根据用户的实际通信需求单独或组合使用。此外，我公司即将推出一款紧凑型结构的无线智能转接台，可用于边缘网络用户的接入和扩大网络覆盖范围。
DEC-4000主体设备采用3U的19″标准机箱结构，可插入8块接口单元模块，最大允许32路信号接入。
DEC-3000主体设备采用2U的19″标准机箱结构，可插入4块接口单元模块，最大允许16路信号接入。
接口单元可以分为无线信道控制单元、环路中继单元和用户接口单元。无线信道控制单元可连接超短波电台、集群电台、短波电台等；环路中继单元可接入有线电话网络、GSM/CDMA通信网络、卫星电话网络等；用户接口单元可连接内线电话和调度语音终端。调度平台还可安装GPS接收模块，提供车辆定位数据。
? 交换控制单元
交换控制单元的主控制器采用32位高速RISC嵌入式双核处理器，内嵌多功能通信处理器，采用业界最先进的实时嵌入式多任务操作系统。该单元拥有256×256的数字交换能力，标准配置提供32×32语音交换及控制。
? 无线信道控制单元
无线信道控制单元主要用于连接无线收发设备，提供话音信号数模转换处理以及信道的发射和接收控制。每个无线信道控制单元可提供4路无线接口。
? 环路中继单元
环路中继单元提供标准的2线模拟环路中继方式的接口，可连接PSTN或外置的GSM/CDMA模块，实现调度平台与公用电话网的连接。 每个环路中继单元可提供4路外线接口。
? 用户接口单元
用户接口单元用于提供用户线接口电路。接口既可被配置成内线接口，也可以被配置成调度终端的语音接口。每个用户接口单元可提供4路内线接口。
? GSM/CDMA模块
调度平台可内置GSM/CDMA模块，收发GSM/CDMA通信网络信号,实现专网与公网的互联互通。
以上单元除交换控制单元外，其它个接口单元均为插板式结构，内置于DEC系列调度平台机箱中。调度平台可同时支持12V直流或220V交流的电源输入。

3. Overall Structure
There are DEC-4000 and DEC-3000 series products of comprehensive communication control platform, which can be used uniquely or in combination according to user’s practical communication requirement. A new compact structure wireless intelligent forward platform will be put to the market soon, for access of marginal network users and expansion of network coverage.
3U 19 inches standard case structure is used in DEC-4000 main device, which can be plugged 8 interface modules and allows most 32 ways signal input.
2U 19 inches standard case structure is used in DEC-3000 main device, which can be plugged 4 interface modules and allows most 16 ways signal input.
Interface modules can be classified as wireless channel control unit, loop trunk unit and user interface unit. Ultra short-wave radio, trunked radio and short-wave radio can be connected by wireless channel control unit, telephone network, GSM/CDMA communication network and satellite phone network can connected by loop trunk unit and interphone, control voice terminal can be connected by user interface unit. GPS receiving module can be installed in control platform to supply vehicle location data.
? Switch Control Unit
32 bit high- speed RISC built-in dual core processor is used as the main controller for switch control unit, which runs the industrial most advanced real-time built-in multitask operation system. The unit has 256*256 digital switch capacities and supplies 32*32 voice switch and control in standard configuration.
? Wireless Channel Control Unit
Wireless channel control unit is mainly used for connection of wireless transceiver and supplies voice signal digital-analog transformation and control of transmit and receive of wireless channel. 4 wireless interfaces are supplied by one unit.
? Loop Trunk Unit
Standard 2 line analog loop trunk mode interface is supplied by loop trunk unit, which can be connected with PSTN or GSM/CDMA module to connect the platform with public telephone network. 4 exterior line interfaces are supplied by one loop trunk unit.
? User Interface Unit
User line interface circuit is supplied by user interface unit, which can be set as interphone interface or voice interface for control terminal. 4 interphone interfaces are supplied by one user interface unit.
? GSM/CDMA Module
GSM/CDMA module can be placed inner control platform to transmit and receive GSM/CDMA communication network signal, to interconnect private network with public network.
Except switch control unit, all other interface units can be placed inner the DEC series control platform case. Control platform can support 12V/DC or 220V/AC power input.
