第四章 应用软件部署
4.1 应用软件的部署范围与原则 按照本工程投标文件和工程技术规范书的要求,本工程应用软件系统和数据采集终端系统的部署的范围与原则是: (1)在买方SSKOC总部、买方公司油田生产现场部署完整应用系统,通过加载已有的实际油气开发生产动态数据和覆盖本工程系统功能的相关数据与图形资料,进行整体系统联机试运行; (2)加载部分实际数据进行系统试运行; (3)系统投入正式使用。
4.2买方SSKOC总部应用系统部署 根据本工程技术规范书的要求,本工程将在买方联合公司总部部署完整的应用软件系统和服务程序,各部门根据不同业务需求进行操作权限分配和业务功能定制。 本工程将在买方SSKOC总部部署的内容包括:数据存储系统的部署、系统软件和应用软件的部署、网络安全系统的部署、业务管理系统的功能定制等。 数据存储系统和网络安全系统的部署详见本技术建议书“第五章 硬件系统配置”;系统软件部署详见本技术建议书“第六章 系统软件配置”。 应用软件配置采用分布是部署的方式,确保系统整体运行效率和任务均衡。如上图所示,数据库管理系统、数据交换、文件目录管理等服务部署在一台单独的服务器上,确保数据库系统和服务系统的正常运行;应用门户系统、本工程应用系统等应用系统部署在一台服务器上,确保应用系统间的无缝集成和一体化应用。 业务应用系统的定制,利用本工程的模块、组件,通过元数据描述抽取相对独立的业务单元,形成特定的业务应用逻辑和个性化的应用界面。 由买方SSKOC总部人员录入相关日数据、周数据、月数据、季数据和年报数据,汇总各项目现场上传的数据,生成项目公司日报、周报、月报、季报和年报数据。
4.3 项目现场应用系统部署 根据本工程技术规范书的要求,本工程将在买方项目现场部署相关应用软件系统和服务程序,客户端数据采集摸板和客户端数据采集传输加载系统等,按照买方公司统一的数据采集任务管理规范形成正常的数据上报、审核与加载入库体系,其系统软硬件配置参照本技术方案第五、六章。 由项目现场人员通过采集和手工录入获得采油、注水(气)、测试、分析化验、钻井、修井作业等日数据,应用本工程部署的数据采集客户端软件录入现场数据库,进行汇总后生成日报、周报、月报数据及相关报表,同时将日数据和汇总数据上传到项目公司数据库中。

Chapter 4 Application software deployment 4.1 The scope and rules of the application software deployment In the basis of the tender documents and the technical specifications of the project, the scope and rules of the application software deployment is described bellow: (1) In the buyer’s SSKOC headquarter and the buyer’s oilfield sites, we will deploy the fully functional application system, and we will load existing dynamic oil-gas production data, and load data and graphic information related to the project to get an overall on-line test; (2) Load part of the actual production data to test the system; (3) Bring the system into operation.
4.2 Deployment of the application system at the buyer’s SSKOC headquarter According to the project engineering specifications, we will deploy full functional applications and service programs. And each department is allocated with related rights and functions according to business domains. We will deploy the following systems at the SSKOC headquarter: data storage system, system software, application software, network security system, ad hoc functions to business domains, etc. The detailed description of the data storage system and network security system can be found at “Chapter 5 Hardware system configuration” in this document; and the detailed description of the system software can be found at “Chapter 6 System software configuration” in this document. Application software uses distributed architecture to ensure system efficiency and balance.In the above figure, the database management system, data exchange services and file directory management services are deployed on a stand alone server to ensure the operation of the database system and the service system; the application portal and the application system are deployed on another stand alone server to ensure seamless integration and unification. For the business application system, we will use modules, components in this project and use relatively independent business units contracted from the meta data descriptions to form ad hoc business logic and personalized service interface. Employees at the SSKOC headquarter are supposed to input daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly data, and gather data from each project site to form daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report.
4.3 Application deployment at the project site According to the engineering specification, we will deploy related application software and service program at the project site, such as the client side data collection module and the client side data collection & transfer system. According to the uniformed data collection standards from the buyer’s company, there will be a systematical way to report and examine data and put them into database. The actual deployment of the system hardware can be found in the technical solution at chapter 5 and 6 in this document. Field workers at the project site is responsible for collecting information about petroleum, water (gas) injection, testing, analysis, drilling, and workover. After that, they will put the gathered data into project site database by the client side data collection software to form daily, weekly, monthly report, and transfer daily data and reports to the company’s database.
