三、项目目标 (一)总目标 探索预防艾滋病母婴传播工作多部门合作的综合服务模式,提高项目地区妇幼卫生部门提供预防艾滋病母婴传播综合服务的能力,为艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇及所生儿童、家庭提供综合服务和关爱,最大程度地减少通过母婴传播的儿童艾滋病感染,降低艾滋病对妇女、儿童的影响,提高妇女、儿童的生活质量及健康水平。
(二)具体目标 1. 探索适合艾滋病流行相对严重地区的预防艾滋病母婴传播工作多部门合作的综合服务模式。 2. 承担预防艾滋病母婴传播服务的人员培训覆盖率达到95%以上。 3. 孕产妇预防艾滋病母婴传播艾滋病病毒抗体检测率达到90%以上,其中孕早中期接受艾滋病病毒抗体检测的比例达到75%以上。 4. 艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇接受CD4细胞计数检测及病毒载量检测的比例达到90%以上。 5. 艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇及所生婴儿抗艾滋病病毒药物应用率分别达到90%以上。 6. 艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇所生婴儿人工喂养率达到90%以上。 7. 艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇所生婴儿出生3个月内接受艾滋病病毒学检测的比例达到90%以上。 8. 艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇所生儿童12月龄及18月龄艾滋病病毒抗体检测率分别达到85%以上。 9. 艾滋病病毒感染妇女妊娠终止后接受艾滋病系统管理率达到90%以上。 10. 艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇所生儿童系统管理率达到80%以上。 11. 通过母婴传播的儿童艾滋病感染率下降至8%。

The HIV antibody test rate of pregnant women in prevention of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS reaches 90%, among which the HIV antibody test rate in first and second trimester reaches 75%. 4. The rates of pregnant women with HIV infection receiving CD4 cell count test and viral load test reach 90%. 5. The application rate of anti-HIV drugs of pregnant women with HIV infection and the children they bear should reach 90% respectively. 6. The rate of artificial feeding of the children born by the pregnant women with HIV infection reaches 90%. 7. The rate of the children born by the pregnant women with HIV infection receiving AIDS virology test within three months after birth reaches 90%. 8.
